At Dwarehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Return Address: We will provide you with the return address upon receiving your email.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Exchange Policy:
